Not quite the right read? No problem. We offer hassle-free returns so you can shop with confidence.

30-Day Returns

You may return most physical books within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original, resalable condition.

How to Return an Item

1. Visit your account dashboard and open the relevant order.
2. Select the item(s) you’d like to return and the reason.
3. Print the prepaid return label we email you.
4. Drop the parcel at any carrier location.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We’ll make it right immediately — usually with no need to return the item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and licensing reasons, downloadable eBooks and gift cards are non-returnable once accessed.
