Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, direct bank transfer, and cash on delivery in select regions. Every transaction is encrypted and secure.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 1 hour of placing them, as long as they haven’t entered dispatch. Just reach out to our support team with your order number.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Add a gift note at checkout and choose our premium wrapping option β perfect for birthdays, holidays, or “just because”.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery takes 2β5 business days. Express options are available at checkout. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day.
Is shipping really free?
Shipping is free on all orders over $35. Below that, a small flat rate applies, calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most countries worldwide. International rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day easy returns on all physical books in original condition. See our Return Policy for full details.
My book arrived damaged β what do I do?
We’re so sorry! Contact us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll send a replacement or full refund right away, no need to return the damaged copy.
Account & eBooks
Do I need an account to order?
No β you can check out as a guest. But an account lets you track orders, save a wishlist, store addresses, and download invoices.
How do I read eBooks I’ve purchased?
eBooks appear instantly in your account under Downloads. They’re compatible with all major e-readers and reading apps.
